Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures tailored for high-volume, real-time applications.
- Lead Generative AI Research: Spearhead the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Engineer efficient MLOps pipelines to reduce latency and cost while maximizing model performance.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Develop and enforce guidelines for bias mitigation, data privacy, and responsible AI deployment.
- Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Partner with software engineers to seamlessly integrate AI models into production environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-level models.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- LLM Expertise: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, fine-tuning techniques, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
