What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive Technology Strategy for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning tech roadmaps with business growth targets.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to drive competitive advantages and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate new technologies into existing ecosystems, managing vendor relationships and partnerships.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to forecast industry trends and potential disruptions.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives for a future-looking technology roadmap (e.g., 2026+ planning).
- Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and AI/ML integration.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterās preferred).
