Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and megatrend analysis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype 2026-viable solutions in quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Produce executive-grade scenario planning reports for C-suite decision-making
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of 50+ futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex emerging technologies into market-ready innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications read by 500K+ industry stakeholders
- Advvent board on systemic risks and opportunities in decentralized AI ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend prediction accuracy (minimum 3 case studies)
- Expertise in at least two exponential tech domains: quantum, biotech, or neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, causal layered analysis, or backcasting
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to $100M+ commercialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
