Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic framework integrating emerging technologies and market trends
- Lead cross-functional task forces to execute future-focused initiatives across R&D, product development, and market expansion
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Partner with C-suite to align corporate strategy with long-term technological and societal shifts
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and investors through compelling narrative frameworks
- Build and mentor a high-performing strategy team focused on future-proofing operations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles or C-suite positions
- Proven track record of implementing transformative strategies in tech or innovation-driven industries
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight or innovation management
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Planning (e.g., CFPC, CSP) strongly preferred
