Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 innovation strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch future-ready solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-AI, etc.)
- Secure strategic partnerships and funding for innovation initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and market disruption
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong data analytics and scenario modeling skills
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
