Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, including Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Quantum Cryptography, and Edge Computing.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design high-performance, fault-tolerant infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research projects that explore the intersection of biology and technology, ensuring feasibility and impact.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI deployment, ensuring transparency and fairness in automated decision-making systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate high-level strategic goals into actionable technical specifications.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to foresee industry trends and translate them into long-term technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Innovation Mindset: A track record of inventing new solutions or significantly improving existing systems.
