Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies and integration points.
- Evaluate and assess futuristic technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Quantum Cryptography) to determine feasibility and business value.
- Architect scalable systems that are resilient and adaptable to future tech paradigms.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate concepts for the 2026 release cycle.
- Provide thought leadership on long-term digital transformation strategies to stakeholders.
- Ensure data sovereignty and security standards evolve to meet future regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Tech Strategy, or Product Development.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of strategic foresight and long-term planning.
- Experience with hybrid systems and distributed computing architectures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
