- Spearhead Research and Development (R&D) initiatives in emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing and Neuromorphic Engineering.
- Lead the architectural design of AI-Driven Infrastructure to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Evaluate and integrate Sustainable Computing practices into future system designs to minimize carbon footprints.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the Strategic Vision for future product lines.
- Conduct Future-Tech Audits to assess legacy systems against 2026 readiness standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Technical Architecture or Engineering Management.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Proven track record of Strategic Planning for emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts and their potential enterprise applications.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong Leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
