Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026-era infrastructure, integrating AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum computing concepts.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to prototype and deploy cutting-edge prototypes.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic market trends into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability for enterprise-grade applications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new technologies that can be leveraged for competitive advantage.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Proven experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, Python, and high-performance computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading R&D initiatives and managing technical debt.
