Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Ethics-AI
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 24027 ethical AI standards implementation
- Proficiency in quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq) and neural network design
- Fluency in Mandarin and German for global stakeholder management
