Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for technologies projected to dominate the 2026 landscape.
- Lead architectural design for scalable AI systems capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends, evaluating their feasibility for commercial integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into tangible products.
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish best practices for security, ethics, and compliance in AI development.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI research, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience leading technical strategy for large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
