Responsibilities
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Lead the strategic planning for AI and Quantum-ready infrastructure, anticipating trends for 2026 and beyond.
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance distributed systems that leverage edge computing and neural networks.
- Research Integration: Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and integrate cutting-edge AI models into production environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into viable product features.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-facing technologies adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to identify emerging technologies and integrate them into business strategies effectively.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
