Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech)
- Develop strategic partnerships with innovation labs and academic institutions
- Present future tech scenarios to executive stakeholders and boards
- Oversee prototype development and pilot programs for breakthrough innovations
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and market adoption
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
