Responsibilities

- Develop predictive models for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Architect scalable innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and deployment
- Establish governance protocols for ethical technology implementation
- Drive partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS) or innovation management
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
