Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with 10+ year vision
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, AGI ethics, decentralized systems, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
