Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum computing, AI, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional initiatives aligning R&D with business objectives for 2026 market readiness
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for next-gen tech implementation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological foresight
- Represent company at global tech forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with focus on future technologies
- Proven experience in quantum computing or AI ethics implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Executive-level experience with $10M+ budget management
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or Future Studies
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Expertise in sustainable technology frameworks and ESG compliance
