Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies (Web4, biotech interfaces, neural networks)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen tech solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with clear ROI projections and implementation roadmaps
- Build and manage a global network of technology partners, startups, and academic institutions
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing architectures and ethical tech frameworks
- Author thought leadership pieces on industry trends and technology disruption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or neurotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience working with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
