Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, AR/VR) and assess their strategic implications
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale future-focused solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering/Strategy preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
