Responsibilities
- Design and prototype scalable architectures for quantum-secure communication systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven autonomous infrastructure solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Create technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 societal and business transformation goals
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and human-AI interfaces
- Secure partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or distributed systems architecture
- Proven track record of shipping complex, large-scale technology products
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical vision to diverse audiences
- Published research or patents in quantum/AI/decentralized technologies preferred
