- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through strategic stakeholder alignment
- Pioneer ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Bio-Informatics
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ Fortune 500 tech partnerships
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech applications
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in ISO 27001 and NIST quantum security standards
- Deep familiarity with EU AI Act and FDA digital health regulations
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks
