Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and assess their strategic impact on business operations and market positioning
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies in product development and customer experience
- Monitor global tech policy developments and ensure compliance with future regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of implementing breakthrough technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and business data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate visionary concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
