Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with research labs and innovation hubs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of ethical frameworks in autonomous systems development
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI analysis for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies to commercial viability
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with futures methodology and technology forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies
