Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and product managers
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
