Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, etc.) into core product strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic technology insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and manage relationships with research institutions, startups, and technology partners
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscaping for emerging tech domains
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $10M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology initiatives or published research
