Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience in technology ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation projects
