Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026 technology adoption roadmaps
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, bio-AI, metaverse) and translate into actionable strategies
- Partner with C-suite to align technology investments with business objectives
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Pioneer sustainability protocols for next-gen hardware development
- Present strategic visions to investors and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or AR/VR ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling R&D initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIST, IEEE 7000 series)
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
