- Present future technology scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee cross-functional implementation of innovation pilots and prototypes
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI
- Author thought leadership content on industry disruption trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven experience in forecasting tech adoption curves
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Strong background in scenario planning and futures research
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of implemented innovation strategies or patents
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
