Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2027 horizon) and translate insights into actionable strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI/ML systems
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with market needs and sustainability goals
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research consortia
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and prototype development sprints
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, Tableau, Miro)
