Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential through market research, patent analysis, and startup scouting
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across product lines and business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future technology adoption priorities
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring ROI on futuristic technology investments
- Represent company at global tech forums, conferences, and policy discussions shaping 2026 tech standards
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, startup, and corporate innovation partnerships
- Author thought leadership reports on technology disruption scenarios for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting with proven 2020s tech adoption impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of futuristic technologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
