Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify transformative opportunities for 2026+ market landscape
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers to accelerate technology adoption
- Monitor geopolitical, regulatory, and socio-economic trends affecting technology deployment strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-scanning methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities for diverse executive audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field required
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
