- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Develop competitive frameworks to position InnovateTech in next-gen markets
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board with data-driven impact projections
- Build and manage an internal innovation incubator for moonshot projects
- Establish KPIs to measure technological adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
