Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams developing patent-pending innovations for 2026 market readiness
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Tech Council for collaborative R&D
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses to identify emerging threats and opportunities in Web4.0
- Present future tech frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Champion ethical AI development frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with demonstrable impact on 2020-2025 innovation cycles
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Renewable Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed platforms
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic chips, and synthetic biology convergence
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Competency in Python, TensorFlow, and simulation modeling environments
- Certified in ISO 20700 Tech Ethics and IEEE Ethically Aligned Design frameworks
