Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap for 2026+ technological adoption across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible deployment of breakthrough innovations
- Partner with R&D teams to translate scientific discoveries into market-ready solutions
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI safety
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Published research or patents in future-facing technology domains
- Deep understanding of technology adoption lifecycle and diffusion models
- Experience navigating ethical and regulatory landscapes for breakthrough innovations
- MSc/PhD in relevant field (Computer Science, Biotechnology, Physics) or equivalent expertise
