Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into product development and operational frameworks
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation cycles
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to investors and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-tech adoption and implementation strategies
- Monitor global tech policy developments to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investor audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Published research or thought leadership in future technologies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Proficient in strategic planning tools and data visualization platforms
