Responsibilities

- Create ethical frameworks for autonomous system deployment

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing or AI
- Expertise in developing production-level quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of leading $10M+ R&D initiatives
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Experience with neuromorphic computing architectures
- Strong patents portfolio (minimum 5 granted patents)
- Certification in ISO 26000 ESG technology standards
