Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance systems aligned with the 2026 Technology Roadmap.
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to recommend strategic pivots.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for future-proof software development.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and risk assessments for future infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience implementing AI/ML solutions and predictive analytics.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think long-term.
