Responsibilities

- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

- Mentor innovation teams in foresight methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite leadership roles
- Proven experience developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, neurotech, or sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Track record of successfully launching disruptive products or services
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CDIO, CTO Academy) preferred
