Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscape
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic vision and quarterly business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption in key industries
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology pioneers
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption readiness and ROI for future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published research or patents in AI, blockchain, or advanced computing
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience building multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong financial acumen to evaluate technology investments and ROI projections
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global locations and cultural contexts
