Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) for strategic alignment
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and technology adoption forecasting
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology-driven business impact
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) or technology management
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
