- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic computing, Web4.0) for competitive advantage
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee patent portfolio development and IP commercialization strategies
- Mentor emerging tech talent and build next-gen innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products valued at $50M+
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and P&L
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, CTM) preferred
