Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in senior executive roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review on future tech
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI/quantum deployment
- Experience scaling tech teams across 3+ international markets
