Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs focused on quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with potential $100M+ market impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present visionary technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee R&D initiatives with $15M+ annual budgets
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers in future-tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record launching at least two disruptive technologies to market
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain technologies
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience managing $10M+ budgets and cross-functional teams of 50+
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
