Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ innovations across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and spatial computing domains
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Champion cross-functional innovation initiatives between R&D, product, and business teams
- Build strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present technology insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Mentor a team of technology analysts and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic technology certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience building technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
