Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI products with $10M+ revenue
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP and blockchain architecture
- Published research in Nature/IEEE on disruptive tech implications
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and simulation frameworks
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
