- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech deployment through 2030
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and EU Horizon Europe initiatives
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Drive patent strategy targeting 50+ filings in future tech domains
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain
- Fluency in Mandarin/Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
