Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, decentralized systems)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Develop competitive analysis frameworks for next-gen tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling tech solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience managing budgets >$10M for R&D initiatives
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
