Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum applications, and neuro-interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to capture emerging innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Drive innovation governance frameworks ensuring responsible development and deployment of future technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
