- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position company as industry pioneer
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio balancing high-risk/high-reward opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
