Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- Integrate AI-driven modules and machine learning pipelines into legacy and new architectures.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architecture assessments to ensure system integrity and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps) to deliver enterprise-grade solutions on time.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend technology upgrades and modernization strategies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript).
- Proven experience designing microservices architectures and implementing API-first strategies.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline architectures (e.g., Kafka, Spark).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
