- Manage innovation pipeline including prototype development and pilot programs
- Build and mentor a high-performing strategy team
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruptor threats

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or consulting
- Proven track record of scaling tech-driven businesses
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future trends
